In BUSY Agent you can check status of Google Drive Backup by click on the "View Backup on Google Drive". You can also check the "Log Details".

If you want to download data backup from google drive you need to open your google drive and then find the backup file and download it accordingly.

For data upload on cloud use latest BUSY agent and open BUSY agent then click on cloud sync configuration and enable automatic incremental sync and mention time.

To open Task manager can right click on the task bar and select task manager or press Ctrl+Shift+Esc. And check BUSY Agent is running or not.

In BUSY Agent the scheduled backup timming doesn't change automatically. Furthermore if anyone change it then backup will be done on the changed scheduled time.

If you are unable to link your Google Drive with BUSY Agent then make sure the gmail id is properly authorized for google drive account.

If you take automatic backup from BUSY Agent then you need to make sure that BUSY should be set on Add to startup and minimize.

To add a new Gmail account for Google Drive backup, you need to log in to your Gmail account and access Google Drive from there.

In BUSY Agent, you can schedule a maximum of three backups per day. Nevertheless, you have the flexibility to manually take multiple backups as needed.

The correct folder location for BUSY Agent installation is the folder where BUSY is installed, such as the "BUSY Win" folder in the C drive.
