The mobile app user does not have rights to run specific functions that's why some feature will not work in BUSY mobile app. For that you have to give rights to mobile app user.

There may be an issue with the automatic syncing feature of BUSY. It is recommended to manually upload the incremental data from a computer to ensure it syncs to the cloud and mobile app.
