When invoice details are not printing we need to check which details are not showing in print then check in Invoice Document Printing/Standard and that option and enable.

Yes, it is possible to customize the fields in the tax invoice or bill format in BUSY Accounting software. You can configure the fields in the design format.

In standard format, it is not possible to remove the party name. If you have the advanced format, then remove the field for the party name/party print name.

If discount has applied in bill sundry then it will be show on invoice after total amount.if it is design format so you need to modify your format.

To proceed with the payment for the invoice, you can design your invoice for printing and set up a payment QR code for online transactions by scanning it.

To preview invoices before printing in BUSY, you can use the print preview feature. This allows you to see how the invoice will look before actually printing it.

To add company logo in invoice:
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : COnfiguration
Step 3 : Invoice document printing
Step 4: Select voucher type
Step 5 : Enable logo

To improve the logo image quality for BUSY upload, make sure to use a high-quality image in JPG format and set the resolution of logo image also.
