To add multiple GSTIN number for a party you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on configuration.
Step 2: Then select Features/Options and click on accounts.
Step 3: Enable Maintain Multiple Account aliases.
Step 4: Configuration window will appear so check the specify Different Address details with Multiple Aliases.
Step 5: Then escape from window and then go to Administration and click on Master.
Step 6: Select Account and modify then select the Account Master for which you want to specify Multiple GSTIN number.
Step 7: When you enter after alias field Multiple Aliases window will appear.
Step 8: There you have to specify different account aliases with multiple GSTIN.
Step 9: Also you can use the Sub ledger feature in same Accounts tab to maintain separate sub legder with different GSTIN under main ledger.

To track project costs and revenues in BUSY , you can use the cost center feature. Create a cost center for each project and allocate expenses and incomes to the respective cost centers. This will allow you to analyze the cost-benefit analysis of each project and generate reports related to project costs and revenues. for that go to:

Step 4 : Accounts
Step 5 : Enable cost centre

The best way to save the split bills is to enable the Bill by Bill Details feature and maintain Bill by Bill Balancing under Party Master. Then, create a single voucher with all the relevant details and enable the split reference option at the time of saving the voucher.

To post commission payment voucher , go to :
1. click on display
2. commission calculation
3. sale/purhcase
4. all salesman
5. open report 
6. put cursor on entry for which salesman want to post commission payment voucher
7. press "F4key and post the commission voucher

If the cheque disappear first check the entry made go to:
Step 1 : CLick on transactions
Step 2 : Select voucher type in voucher added
Step 3 : Click on modify
Step 4 : Enter all details and open voucher and print cheque

To manage foreign currency transactions in BUSY, you need to enable the multi-currency feature and set the conversion rate manually. When creating an invoice, select the currency and enter the debit/credit amount in the foreign currency and the equivalent amount in INR.

To map salesman agent, what need to do is. When you enable salesman agent, tag the salesman commission and salesman name in party name. then, modify the account master and tag the agent you want to tag with party master.
