Step 2 : Then configuration
Step 3 : Then features and options
Step 4 : Go to GST/VAT
Step 5 : Check GSP configuration using

This feature cannot be used is showing when validate gst number , check that your BUSY License subscrition is expired and have to renew that then can use validate GSTIN feature.

If you are unable to add some invoices on GST portal and getting validation error, it is advisable to reach out to the portal helpdesk for assistance in resolving the issue.

You should check if you have entered the correct GST portal username and password in BUSY. Also, make sure that your internet connection is stable and try clearing your browser cache.

To generate invoices on the portal, you need to enter details such as the party's name, GSTIN, place, pin code, invoice number, invoice date, item details, quantity, rate, and tax details.

There are no any provision to renew the expired GSP 
If your GSP ID is now workin properly you need to create a new GSP ID from E-way bill portal

If the issue is from portal end you need to contact to GST portal support team for that or wait for some time may be issue will resolve automatically.

If Gst Number show invalid in BUSY try to validate on Gst portal if show same try after some time later or may be issue in party gst number

If the print preview displays the QR code of the e-invoice, the same QR code is presented in the relevant field when the e-invoice is printed in PDF format.
