You can customize Column in BUSY through Custom column Options in Reports .there some fields that exist in custom column configuration as it depends on your requirement in report but if required field would not exist in BUSY then you need to customize report from your dealer end.

If you want to do minor changes in reports or you want to add additional columns in report in that case you can add custom column or you can configure columnar reports accordingly
Otherwise you need to customized your report for that you need to contact your channel partner

If the invoice validation in BUSY is falling,so please contact your dealer through whom you have customized for this validation,Because only those who have customized it will be able to check,we do not customize validation from our end,so you will need to contact your dealer.

 Step 5: Sale Invoice and then customise as per requirement

If the issue is related to the custom column which added in the report then you can contact us on support and if some chargeable customization has done through the dealer end then you need to contact to the dealer.
