To solve this type of error check below points :
Step 1 : check sever system shoule be in network.
Step 2 : Now check data path configured from company menu Set data directory on client system it should be shared in network and same on all system and then restart client system this will resolve issue.

To ensure for your client systems does not face problem while running the software then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that data sharing should be between main and client system.
Step 2: On the client system, you have to specify the correct data path in the set data directory option through networking.

If you are getting error of demo copy or licence not being read follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and select licence management.
Step 2: Then select revalidate softlock licence and make you have connected with the internet.
Step 3: After revalidating the licence file successfully close BUSY and reopen it again.

If you are not able to access the data on client system then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that data sharing should be between main and client system.
Step 2: On the client system, you have to specify the correct data path in the set data directory option through networking.

If issue is coming on client system then check the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that should have proper data sharing on client system.
Step 2: Ensure that the LAN or Static IP connectivity should be proper.
Step 3: Check the antivirus setting should be exclude in the to avoid the blockage.

If your BUSY is running in mode even when the dongle is inserted, then you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Ensure that you have selected correce BUSY model as per your license.
Step 2: Check your dongle after insert in other USB port.
Step 3: Check in different system (If have).

Suddenly unable to generate invoices and bills in BUSY? Please follow these steps: 
 Ensure BUSY is running in license mode. 
 If you have a Hardlock, verify that it is properly connected. 
 Confirm that your license file is located in the 'C' drive within the 'BUSYwin' folder.

If BUSY show demo mode after insert dongle follow the below steps:
Step 1: Change USB dongle port in system
Step 2: check in other system
Step 3: Share dongle with us address (91 Springboard, E3, Rani Jhansi Road, Block E-4, Jhandewalan New Delhi, 110055)
Step 4: Further Convert dongle to softlock

If the BUSY is running on demo mode after dongle replacement, check the below possible aspects:
1.Cross verify the BUSY model and correct as per the license.
2.Check by insert the dongle into another port.
3.Ensure that dongle driver is updated in your system.
4.Check by insert dongle in another system.

If BUSY is showing demo after insert dongle then you can BUSY model it should be correct. Change port for insert dongle and also you can check by change your system and insert dongle there.If issue persist then you have to convert your dongle in soft lock.
