If your software unable to open from multiple places, please  follow below steps : 
For SQL User :
Step 1: Check Static IP status is active or not . 
Step 2 : Check Port code which you defined is activated or not . 
Step 3: Check system firewall and antivirus settings . 
Step 4: Check licence validity . 

Save option not show due to resolution issue for change screen resolution follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to desktop and right click and go to display setting 
Step 2: Click on display resolution and change resolution and click on keep changes 
Step 3: After change resolution reopen BUSY and check if still not show take other resolution.

When BUSY is not displaying properly on the system then we need to correct the resolution.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Do right click on desktop
 Step 2: Click on display settings
 Step 3: Mention the resolution 1024x768 or 1366x768 and scaling should be 100 only.
 Step 4: Then restart the system

If you are unable to install the BUSY show drive issue, you need to check the below reasons: 
1. Check in the drive for enough space available. 
2. It should be an accessible drive not restricted by the administrator. 
3. It should be an error-free drive. 
4. Make sure the drive does not have any type of bad sector.

If the software isn't working when you're trying to check ITC, here's what you can do to fix it please follow 
 Step 1: Close and Reopen the Software.
 Step 2: Close unnecessary programs and try running the software again.
 Step 3; Restart Your Computer
 Step 4: Install any updates if they are available.

If the cursor is not working properly in BUSY, try the following steps:
1. Ensure the mouse is properly connected to the system.
2. Ensure all the mouse-related drivers are installed correctly.
3. Ensure you are using the updated version of BUSY.
4. Try restarting the system.

Yes i can help you to transfer my data folder on a different system with the help of Pendrive and follow below steps:
Step1: Go to the data directory of BUSY data and copy data folder in pendrive
Step2: Then attach pendrive to the another system and copy data folder from pendrive to another local drive 

If you are unable to access your data folder even though you had access befor follow the below steps:
Step1: Make sure to give full rights or permission to the data folder 
Step2: In case of client system data folder should be shared with full rights from the main server to the client system
