If the company username is showing as invalid while logging into BUSY, and you have confirmed the username is correct, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the search bar in the system and type Control Panel.
Step 2: Click on Date and Time settings.
Step 3: Ensure that the Time Zone is set to (UTC+05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi. If not, click on Change time zone option.
Step 4: Select (UTC+05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and click on the OK button.
Step 5: Open Region from the Control Panel, click on Administrative, and then click on Change system locale. Ensure that the Beta option is unticked.
Step 6: Restart the system and log in to the company with the correct username.
