BUSY Blue
•  Entry-level subscription plan.
•  Billing, accounting (non-GST or basic GST), invoices, inventory, receivables/payables, user access control.
•  Suitable for small businesses. 
BUSY Saffron
•  Mid-tier subscription.
•  Includes all Blue features plus GST compliance, e-returns JSON, e-way bill/e-invoice support, and more advanced billing features. 
BUSY Emerald
•  Higher-end subscription edition.
•  Includes Saffron capabilities plus multi-branch management, GSTIN handling for multiple entities, voucher/master approvals, payroll management, etc. 
Answer 2: When you generate the GSTR-1 JSON from BUSY, there is an option called “Skip HSN Summary”.
•  If this option is set to Yes / Y
•  BUSY does not include HSN summary data in the JSON file
•  As a result, nothing appears in the HSN Summary after uploading the file on the GST portal

If your BLS expires, various functions such as E-way Bill & E-invoice generation, GST Reconciliation, Audit Trail, and more will stop working and you will not be able to use them. You can also check Benefit of BLS under the help menu.

 Currently, BUSY only supports importing data from Tally using the Tally2BUSY utility and Marg using Marg 2Busy. If you want to import data from other software, you need to export their data to Excel and prepare the Excel sheets in a format that BUSY can recognize. Then, you can use the Import Masters / Voucher from Excel option to import the Excel sheets into BUSY.

To access different features in BUSY you need to have a license with bls subscription accordingly
Such as if you want to use E-waybill and E-invoice feature in BUSY you must have a standard license with an active bls

BUSY has an annual license subscription i.e BLS plan which includes some features like BUSY updated, GSP services, Customer support, BUSY mobile application, BUSY BNS app, BDEP Service, Audit trial and so on. If the BLS is not updated then you will not be able to use the features which relate to BLS.

 1. Open Item Master
 2. Check HSN code: HSN should be numbers only with correct digits (4/6/8)
 3. Check GST rate for the item
 4. Update BUSY to latest version
 5. Re-save the item & voucher
