To get the BUSY software ID or serial number, you need to check the below option:
1. If your screen is BUSY, you can view the software ID or serial number at the top of the screen.
2. If you have dongle then you can also see in your physical dongle you will see the dongle number.
3. If it softlocks, then you can find the details in your registered email ID.
4. and also we can provide you if you confirm which mobile number or email ID is your registered mail ID.

The Difference between Standard Single User and Enterprise Model:
 Standard Model: In standard, we have Quotation, Order, Challan feature, Scheme Management, Bill of Material and production, Voucher auditing, BUSY mobile app, Inventory features such as batch no. wise detail, parameter wise stock, serial no. wise stock, MRP wise stock, Job work, GST Reconciliation etc.
 Enterprise Model: In enterprise including basic and standard features also, additional features like Head Office-Branch Office, Payroll, Multi-Branch, Enquiry/Support Management, Indent Management, Approval feature. Standard Model does not have these features.
