Steps should I follow to take a backup, update the software version , please follow :
Backup Data: To take backup of your data from BUSYfollow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSYand select Backup Data option from Company tab.
Step 2: choose the company that you want to backup.
Step 3: Enter your username and password if required and select the location where you want to save your backup file.
Step 4: Select the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y. and click on the OK button to start the backup process.
To update the version :
Step 1: Go to BUSYand click on Check BUSY Updates under the Company or Help menu.
Step 2: Select the location where you want to save setups and click on Download Updates two setups will be download.
Step 3: Close any instances of BUSY that are running on your computer.
Step 4: You can install both setups by Locate the setup file on your computer and double-click on it to run them one by one.
Step 5: Follow the instructions on the screen and choose the location where you want to install the software.
Step 6: Wait for the installation process to complete and click on the finish button.
Step 7: You can now launch it and start using BUSY on your computer.
