From a 40-Room Hotel Order to Final Installation: How BUSY Helps
Raj runs a furniture manufacturing unit in Jaipur, supplying hotels, builders, and office projects, as well as standard items for dealer supply.
Without BUSY
An order came in for a 40-room hotel with wardrobes, beds and side units, each to the architect's dimensions in a specified ply and laminate shade.
Specifications sat in a printed drawing and a WhatsApp thread. Ply was tracked in sheets, timber in cubic feet, and nobody converted between them until purchase time. The 40% advance was recorded in the cash book with no link to the order.
