1. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. The additional documents are taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners points out that due to the technical glitches the Petitioners are unable to rectify the TRAN-1 form.

3. This Court has in a series of orders including the order dated 13th May 2019 in WP(C) 1280 of 2018 (Bhargava Motors v. UOI), order dated 22nd July 2019 in WP(C) 3798 of 2019 (M/s. Blue Bird Pure Pvt. Ltd. v. UOI) and order dated 1st August 2019 in WP(C) 10811 of 2018 (Vertiv Energy Pvt. Ltd. v. UOI) permitted, in similar circumstances, the Petitioners one more opportunity to file the rectified TRAN-1 form.

4. In that view of the matter, direction is issued to the Respondent No.2 to either open the portal of the Petitioners to permit them to file the revised TRAN-1 form or to manually file it on or before 31st August 2019 and thereafter, process the claim of the Petitioners in accordance with law.

5. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.

6. The next date i.e. 16th September 2019 already fixed stands cancelled.
