ORDER
The petitioner before this Court has filed the present petition for Revision of Declaration in From GST Tran-I as per Rule 120-A of the Central Goods and Service Rules, 2017 and for allowing the transitional Credit as per Section 140 of the CGST Act, 2017.
An affidavit has been filed by the respondent/Union of India and the same reads as under:-

Occupation : Assistant Commissioner
Address : CGST & Central Excise, Division-V, CGO Complex, Indore.
2. I. State that I am looking after the charge as Assistant Commissioner, CGST & Central Excise Division-V, Indore. On 02.01.2019 a communication was made to the Nodal Officer, GSTN, East Wing, 4th Floor, World Mark-1, Aerocity, New Delhi-110037 regarding representation of the petitioner and subsequently reminded on 05.042019. In response thereof, on 09.04.2019, this office has received a mail from Srishti Saxena, AM, GSTN, New Delhi vide email ID srishti.saxena @gstn.org.in informing that the petitioner’s case has been received by GSTN’s Nodal Officer in accordance with Circular No.39/13/2018 dated 03.04.2018 and investigation has been initiated in this matter by following the procedure prescribed in the above mentioned circular.

The grievance of the petitioner is being looked into by the Union of India and, therefore, the present petition stands disposed of permitting the Union of India to proceed ahead in the matter and to pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again, in case he is still aggrieved in the matter, after an order is passed by the Union of India. The respondent shall also grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid, the present petition stands disposed of.
