ORDER
The petitioner was carrying goods from Chhattisgarh to State of U.P. The petitioner submits that the goods were duly supported with all necessary documents including E-Way Bill No.1. The demand for E-Way Bill No.2 is not required.
Learned Standing Counsel has also received instructions that no penalty order has been passed.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the goods of the petitioner along with the Vehicle No.CG15AC0258 may be released without demanding any security.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
