Notice on behalf of opposite party no.1 has been accepted by learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, whereas Mr. Dipak Seth, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties no.2 to 5.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.

The instant writ petition has been filed challenging the demand/show cause notice dated 22/23.11.2017.

After considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties as well as going through the records, it appears that subsequent to the impugned show cause notice the authorities have proceeded to pass a final order.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been able to get the copy of the final order.

Be that as it may, in case any final order has been passed the opposite parties may provide a copy of the same to the petitioner.

Mr. Dipak Seth, learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in case any final order has been passed, the copy of the same would be send to the petitioner.

Writ petition, as such, is not require to be decided on merit. It is accordingly disposed of.
