The petitioner before this Court has filed the present petition alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in accepting TRAN-1.
2. The petitioner’s contention is that there was some technical fault in the website and, therefore, the petitioner was not able to fill and upload TRAN-1. Though a detailed and exhaustive return has been filed in the matter, however, Shri Prasanna Prasad has brought notice of this Court that a Nodal Officer has been appointed to look into all such grievances and the Nodal Officer in turn forwards the matter to GST-N, New Delhi.
3. In the light of the aforesaid, the petitioner’s grievance certainly be looked into by the Nodal Officer/GST-N, New Delhi.
In the light of the aforesaid the petitioner is granted liberty to ventilate his grievance by forwarding complete documents along with the representation stating his grievances to the Nodal Officer/GST-N, Indore who in turn will forward the matter to the higher authority, constituted by the Department to look into all such grievances. The petitioner shall make appropriate representation furnishing all minute details within a period of 30 days and thereafter, within a period of 60 days, the matter shall be decided in accordance with the law.
