ORDER
1. Defect/s pointed out by the Registry is waived.
2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the Union of India through video conferencing.
3. Petitioner has filed third (interim) bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.
4. Criminal Complaint No.34/2019 is pending before the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Economic Offences), Jaipur Metropolitan for offence under Sections 132(1), (b), (c), (f), (g), (k), (i) of Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 read with 69 of CGST Act punishable under Sections 132 (1)(i)(iv) of Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 read with 132(5) of CGST Act.
5. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner’s father is suffering from several ailments and requires treatment in hospital.
6. Counsel for the Union of India has opposed third (interim) bail application. It is contended that in any of the reports, it is mentioned that petitioner’s father needs treatment.
7. I have considered the contentions.
8. Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the Union of India, I am not inclined to grant third (interim) bail application.
9. Third (interim) bail application is accordingly dismissed.
