ORDER
The petition is directed against a show cause notice dated 13.5.2019 issued by the Joint Commissioner under Section 73(1) of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017.
After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of petition with a liberty to raise all the grounds before the authority concerned.
