To view comparative sales reports in BUSY. you can generate sales Analysis party-wise or item wise with option of Standard- Monthly. Also you can generate comparative sales reports by.
Step 1: Go to Display Menu
Step 2: Click on Account Summary option.
Step 3: Click on Monthly Summary option.
Step 4: choose vertical or horizontal option.
Step 5: Select Monthly Summary for Account and select one account option 
Step 6: Select Account Name As sales or as you required. and select compare values with last year (1 Year)
Step 7: Select Month Range and click on OK.

If you want to print purchase summary in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Account Summary.
Step 2: Choose Monthly Summary and select either Vertical or Horizontal, depending on how you want to see the data.
Step 3: Choose One Account or Group of Accounts and enter the Purchase account.
Step 4: Specify the starting and ending month and view the report. This will show you the purchase summary for each month.
Step 5: Now click on the Print button or press ALT+P to print the report.

There is no downloading option is available in the BUSY software. From BUSY, we can export it report from Display menu.Here we can check any report related to financial, accounting and inventory with multiple filteration option.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Go to the Display menu
 Step 2: Open the required reports with the date range or monthly
 Step 3: Click on export option then can export it in the formats which are Excel, Google Sheet, CSV,PDF,HTML, Text File Delimited and Fixed Width.

To open the charts of accounts and templates pre loaded in BUSY you need to follow the steps 
1 go to display menu and click on account Books where you will get account ledger option 
cash or bank book option multiple account register option party day book and account activity 
report option 
2 Click on account summary to get the following report or templates 
daily balance daily summary monthly summary consolidated summary minimum or maximum ledger 
balance pdc details settlement summary report account ledger comparison etc

If you want compare month to month revenue year over year then please follow
 the given steps
 Step 1: Make sure you have previous financial year in company.
 Step 2: Go to display menu then account summary
 Step 3: Then monthly summary then vertical then account then one account
 Step 4: Then select one account then enter account name then compare values 
 with last year set number of year you want to comapre with then select 
 month from to to then ok.

If you want to create a shorcut to access the consolidated account summary report in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Account Summary.
Step 2: Select Consolidated Summary and choose either Account - wise or Account Group - wise.
Step 3: After select click on the button available called "Create Shortcutat the bottom.
Step 4: Next, you can create a shortcut key combination, but make sure that key is not used previously, you have to create a unique one and save.

You can categorize transactions entries based on accounting and inventory principles. When required reports are not showing in the display menu.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Make sure that you have user rights to view the report.
 Step 2: Check if you have applied any filer or summary in the report.
 Step 3: Make sure that the report which you want should be in your license BUSY model.
 According to the BUSY Model, There are some features which reports are available in Standard and Enterprise Model but not in the Basic Model.

If you added the credit card as a payment method in the settlement details during voucher entry in BUSY, then you can check settlement details report by using these steps:
 Step 1: Go to Display menu and click on Account Summary.
 Step 2: Select Settlement Details then One Settlement Mode.
 Step 3: Now, select the voucher type and select the settlement mode which you have set for credit card then enter the date range.
 This report will show the amount received through credit cards.

In BUSY, There is a Display menu for the reports. From here we can check any report related to financial, accounting and inventory with multiple filteration option.
 If some reports are missing then pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Make sure that the company is open from the super user as for sub user have not given rights to view the report.
