 Step 1 First take backup of the company
 Step 2 Check in which account or report difference are coming
 Step 3 Check data in short duration so that you will get exact date in which issue is coming
 Step 4 Check if there any dulicate entry or missing entry
 Step 5 Correct it and check report again

To review the daily cash sales in BUSY, you can access one of the following reports
1. Display
2. Account Summary
3. Daily Balance/Daily Summary
4. Select the Cash ledger and view the report
5. Another report available in the drop-down menu is Cash/Credit Summary.
6. Or you can also view the "settelementreport in BUSY
In BUSY, you can also configure the "My Dashboardconfiguration to view all types of daily business information on a single screen.

To view the consolidated summary report for current liabilities group.
Step 1: Go to Display Menu 
Step 2: Click on Account Summary Option 
Step 3: Under Account Summary option click on consolidate Summary Report. 
Step 4: Click on Account-wise option.
Step 5: Click on Group of Accounts and Select Current Liabilities Group.
Step 6: Click Date Range and select required options.
Step 7: Click OK to generate Current Liabilities Group wise report

To know your balance or statement of account then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Open BUSY and Open Your Company 
 Step 2. Go to Display menu then select Account Books
 Step 3. Then click on Account Ledger 
 Step 4. Then select party \ account for which you wants to see balance or statements and 
 even you can use shortcut key ALT+L see the same report.

To check the payment receive from parties during the year, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on account summary.
Step 2: Choose the transaction summary then select the party
Step 3: Specify the date range and open the report.
Step 4: Now, check the Receipt (Net amount).
Step 5: Next, you can sort the receipt amount in asecending order by simply click on receipt (net amount) caption.

Yes, there are several reports we have in BUSY through which you will get automatically combine all the data into one report:
1: You can view the consolidated summary of the Account Summary report from the Display menu
2: Transaction Summary Report of Account Summary Report from Display Menu
3: You can check or share the trial balance report /balance sheet of final result report from the display menu.

When some transactions may not categorize correctly in BUSY due to various reasons.
 Pls Follow the below Steps :
 Step 1: When you add the some voucher in the back date. In some reports shows transaction as per date. for that can sort it by single clicking on date option.
 Step 2: Check if you apply any filter in the report the remove then check it

Yes, it is possible to track credit card transactions in BUSY but you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Account summary option.
Step 2: Now click on Settlement details option and select series wise.
Step 3: Now select One settlement mode and then select voucher type.
Step 4: Now select settlement mode Credit card and date range and click on OK Option. 

To check sales data for two or three years, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on account summary.
Step 2: Click on monthy summary then click on vertical option
Step 3: Click on account then select one account.
Step 4: Select the sales account in account name field then select 2 year or 3 year in compare values with last year(s) and open the report.

When you update the release then also you can view the previous year sales register.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: If your previous year is in the same company, Then press F11 to change the financial year. 
 Step 2: Then click on Display menu
 Step 3: Then Accounts Book
 Step 4: Then Account Register
 Step 5: Then open the sales register
