to add batch qty in barcode format, in BUSY there is no default option or field you need to user SQL query for that.

If you want to ensure that barcode quantity is showing correct in barcode format make sure you have selected appropriate field in barcode.

Step 1 : CLick on add-on
Step 2 : Item bar code printing
Step 3 : Configure format and print it

By adjusting the design and increasing the size of the barcode, you will be able to print larger barcodes on your inventory items.
