Can I retrieve lost data in BUSY due to crashes or system errors?

You can recover your lost data in BUSY Acccounting Software, only if you have recent backup of your data.
 You can take your bakcup on daialy basis by following below steps:
 Step 1: Go To the Administration 
 Step 2:Then Select Configuration Then Click on Backup Configuration.
 Step 3:Then Backup Configuration window appears.
 Step 4:Then Give The folder Path In Which you Want To take Backup.
 Step 5:You Can Also Take Set Backup Path for Week Days.
 Step 6:In the data fields mentioned above, enter the path for taking backup of data.
 Step 7:For example, if you are taking a backup on Monday, then the data will get stored at the path specified in the Monday data field.
 Step 8:Then Enter Y on Prompt for backup at the time of closing the company & save the configuearion.
 Step 9:You Can Also Take Bkp From BUSY Agent.
 Step 10:Download the BUSY agent from busy.in or You Can Also Download it From BUSY.
 Step 11:Then Install BUSY agent in BUSYwin folder.
 Step 12:Then Give The Path of Your Data Directory in General Configuration & save.
 Step 13:Then Click on Backup Configuration(Local) and enter the path of backup Folder.
 Step 14:Then Click on Backup Schedule and select the days in which you want to take backup.
 Step 15:Then Set The Timing of Backup and save the configurations.
 Step 16:If You Want To take Backup In Google Drive Click on Backup Configuration(Google Drive).
 Step 17:Then Enter Your Email Id & Give Authentication by Click on Authorise,Note Google chrome must be your deafult broswer.
 Step 18:Then Follow Same Steps of 14 & 15.
 Step 19:From This You Can take your data backup on daily basis so that you can recover it.
