To delete user in BUSY , follow the steps below :
Step 1: Login company with main user 
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: Now press F8 to delete 

If company name is not showing in printing of invoice then make sure company print name is entered and to see this 
you have to go company menu option and click on Edit company option and check print name.

If you want to remove a PAN number from your company please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu then click on edit company
Step 2: After that remove pan number from IT PAN field and save the changes

To change your company's address in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Company menu and click on Edit Company.
Step 2: Update the address and save changes.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

When you create a new company you have to mention or register your company details with BUSY. Please follow below mention steps for create new company:- 
Step 1:- Company Tab,
Step 2:- Create new company
Step 3:- Register your company details

To edit your company details in BUSY, you need to select Edit Company from the Company menu. Then, you can update the information and save the changes.
Note: Before you make any changes, please take a backup of your data.

To update email address in your company in BUSY, you can follow this step:
 Step 1: After open the company click on the Edit company under the company menu.
 Step 2: Update the email id and save the changes.

To change email address in your company in BUSY, you can follow this step:
 Step 1: After open the company click on the Edit company under the company menu.
 Step 2: Change the email id and save the changes.

Please provide more details as what issue you are facing while updating your company's location in BUSY. Further we recommend to login with super / admin user, might be you don't have proper rights to do the same.

To edit company address in BUSY  follow the steps below:

Step 3: Select yes in option for update in standard printing option
