How do I delete other users who are working in the software?
To delete user in BUSY , follow the steps below :
Step 1: Login company with main user
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: Now press F8 to delete
Why is the company name not showing in printing of invoice?
If company name is not showing in printing of invoice then make sure company print name is entered and to see this
you have to go company menu option and click on Edit company option and check print name.

There seems to be an issue when I try to modify my company's location details in the system. I need help fixing this.
Please provide more details as what issue you are facing while updating your company's location in BUSY. Further we recommend to login with super / admin user, might be you don't have proper rights to do the same.
