Once GST is enabled in BUSY, it cannot be fully disabled. However, you can create a new company without enabling GST and import your data into the new company. This will effectively disable GST for your company.

You need to go to the Company Menu and select the option for Select BUSY Model. The option may not be available in the Basic model, but it will be available in the Standard and Enterprise models.

If three companies are showing but you have only two companies then you can check your data location that should be correct otherwise you can cut and paste unnessesary company folder from data location in another folder.

To change the company name you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Open you company if not opened yet and go to company menu and select Edit option and change comapany name .
Step 2: Now save the configuration.

You can create multiple campanies.There is no specific limit but size should be under 1GB in Access Mode.If you have more than 1 GB and want to run BUSY smothly then can use SQL Mode for data.

To add another email id in your company then you need to click on Edit Company option and can mention the email id and save changes.
 Note: Take latest backup of your data before making any changes.

The financial year and address details of the company can be entered during the company creation process in BUSY and you can also enter address of a company after creation of a comapny through edit company option.

To update your GSTIN details on the tax portal, you will need to provide the necessary information such as your GST number, company name, contact details, address, and any other relevant details required by the tax portal.

To handle multiple tabs in the back-end of BUSY Accounting software, you can use the 'Close All' option to close all the tabs at once or open task manager and end task which are not required .
