To check the data path in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu.
Step 2: Select the set data directory option and check data path location.

Yes it is possible to create company with minimum details.With the company name and financial year you can create your company and other details you can specify as per your requirement.

If you have not purchased a BUSY license and want to use BUSY as a demo user, you will need to register yourself in the user registration as a demo user
How to configure BUSY for company database?
In BUSY, We have to Access and SQL Database. Pls Follow the Below Steps for Changing Database :

My address is too long in BUSY and it cuts off part of it on invoices. How can I fit my full address?
If company address it too long then you need to short the content the company address becuase there only 4 lines for company address or can type in shipping address
If I change the GST number, will I have to create a new company in the software?
No, you do not have to create a new company in the software if you change the GST number. You can simply update the GST number in the GST/VAT tab.

Step 2: Click on edit company then update company address and save the configuration.

To select all options while backing up data in BUSY Accounting Software, you need to choose the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y.

No, you do not need any specific certificate or document to create a company in BUSY.You can enter details as per your requirement in given fields during creation of company.
Do I need to add both GSTINs if I have business verticals?
Yes, if you have two business with separate GSTIN then you have to create two companies with their GSTIN number.
