Yes, you should mention your accountant and CA details in BUSY Accounting software as well. If you do not have this information, you can leave the fields blank.

if there issue related custom column then make sure while you add any column through custom column then make sure all the field or details are correct .
How can I close the company from the software?
To close a company in BUSY, you should use the Close Company from company menu / press ESC button instead of the cross button or the Task Manager.
How do I change my billing address?
To change company address, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Company menu then click on edit company option
Step 2: Now, Update the company address and save the configuration.
Can you guide me on how to create a new company with only the required configuration and not the masters?
Yes, you can create new company with only the required configuration by selecting the copy configuration from the copy masters, configurations and users from existing company option.
After updating to the latest version of BUSY, I can't access my company. How do I resolve this issue?
If you cannot access the company after updating the BUSY to latest version then make sure that the data path should be correct till the data folder.
Why do I need to tick a box in the latest release (6) for financial years to appear automatically?
As list of company takes more time to load if show financila year option in tick , therefor you have to tick it when open company .
Can I delete a company without losing all data, or do I have to create a new company?
No, you cannot delete a company without losing all data. You will have to create a new company by using the create company option under company menu.
Could you assist with the configuration for BCN Barcode for the same item available with and without GST?
Unfortunately, in BCN Barcode, there is no option available to use a Composition barcode to identiFinancial Year whether it's a With GST item or without GST item.
