How do I check if the directory in demo mode is set correctly?
To check if the directory please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Company menu ( before opening the company)
Step 2: Click on data dierctory option and then cross check the data location
Step 3: Click on open company option of company menu
Step 4: Then demo regisration window will appear thn you have to register your demo mode so,you have to do demo registration so that you can check your data that whether all the companions are showing in the list or not to cross check data directory is correctly set or not.
Only one of my BUSY company files seems to be accessible. Why can't I open the others?
If you are not able to access the other companies files then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that the company files should be in proper format and main db.bds file should be there in each company.
Step 2: If the company files are corrupted then need to contact to the channel partner or data recovery person.
Step 3: If the company files are proper but still not showing the data then can check by changing the data location.
Step 4: Ensure that you have full access rights to view the all companies.
Why can't I generate GST invoices in BUSY from the computer, and what should I do?
To generate GST invoices in BUSY , you may follow below steps:
Step 1: Enable GST in desired company.
Step 2: To enable, Go in administration.
Step 3: Then select configuration under it, click on feature/options.
Step 4: Then go in GST/VAT, enable GST and specify GSTN in given option.
Step 5: Define type of dealer and filling frequency.
Step 6: Create default masters for GST.
Step 7: Save the configurtion.
Step 8: Create desired vouchers.

How do I set up a new company in BUSY?
Find out the steps to create new company in BUSY
Step 1 : Go to create company option
Step 2 : Then Define company name and fill basic details
Step 3 : Then mention financial year date and book commencing date
Step 4 : Then enable gst if you needed
Step 5 : Then save that company details
Step 6 : Can enable user authenciate
Step 7 : And create username and password
Step 8 : Now can log in that company and work in it
How do I register my company in BUSY?
If You want register company in BUSY Follow These steps:
1.Open BUSY.
2.Then Click on Create Company & Enter Your Company Details.
3.You Can enter GSTIN Also Then Click on save Option Your Company will be Created.
4.If you Want To edit Your Company Deatils Go To the Company Menu After opening Company.
5.Edit it Accordingly & save.

How do i configure BUSY for tabacoo?
You need to enable cess for tabacoo in BUSY. To configure it follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on GST / VAT tab.
Step 3: Here, you need to Enable Cess and Additional Cess if requried.
Step 4: Next, you need to create a Tax Category by going to Masters under Administration menu.
Step 5: In new tax category you need to mention the GST rates with cess rates.
Step 6: Now, when you create your item you can mention that tax category.
Why am I unable to update the opening balances in the account master, it's showing a message that opening balances can be changed only at the beginning of the financial year?
If you are unable to update the opening balances in the account master and you
receive a message stating that opening balances can only be changed at the
beginning of the financial year, it means:-
1. The company you are using has multiple financial years. If you entered the
opening balance in the middle of the financial year, then this error occurs. It can
only be updated at the beginning of that particular year.
2. As an alternative solution, you can split the financial year and update
the opening balances in that particular year.
What should I do if I am unable to define the opening balance for my ledger due to it being in the middle of the financial year?
If you are unable to update the opening balances in the account master and you

In BUSY, you can create a company profile with your personal and business details To enter your mobile number and email ID in BUSY to receive OTP, follow these steps:
In the Company Profile or Company Creation window, you can enter the following personal and business details:
Name: Your name or the name of your businessororganization.
Address: Your physical business address.
Pincode: The postal code or ZIP code of your location.
State: The state or region where your business is located.
Country: Your country.
Contact Number: Your contact phone number.
Email Address: Your email address for business communication.
I am having an issue with negative stock balances showing in my reports. How can I fix this?
having an issue with negative stock balances showing in reports to fixed this follow these steps
1. check the stock status report that your In and out stock is correct
2. to match stock you can adjust negative balance with the help of stock journal entry
a. open stock journal under transaction menu.
b. add new entry then select item in generate column and adjust negative qty.
c. then save it
3. also check last years stock if stock showing negative from opening balance in curret year
