1.First of all you have to make sure that printer is installed in your system.IF printer is being not installed then You can install by your self or can install through Hardware Person.
2. If printer is installed is your system then printer will show automatically in BUSY and you can set as default and to set default you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go Adminisrtation and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Hardware configuration and select printer name in Default printer driver field and can make changes in another options in hardware configuration as per your requirement.

Yes, You can adjust the shrinking option in the hardware configuration menu. Follow these steps:
Step 1:Log in to your company with your credentials.
Step 2:Now go to the Administration menu and select Configuration from the submenu.
Step 3:In the Configuration menu, choose Hardware Configuration.
Step 4:A new window will open. Look for the Shrink printing to percentage option, whether for normal printing or landscape printing.
Step 5:Select the required shrinkage percentage according to your needs. Please note that the shrink printing percentage should be in between 90 to 100.
This way, you'll be able to adjust the shrinking option in the hardware configuration.

Absolutely, here are the steps, how you can adjust the left margin on your invoices:
Step 1:Log in to your company with your credentials.
Step 2:Now go to the Administration menu and select Configuration from the submenu.
Step 3:In the Configuration menu, choose Hardware Configuration.
Step 4:Look for the option Paper Left Margin.
Step 5:By default, it's set to 0.25 inches. Modify this value to adjust the left margin as per your need.
Step 6:Save the configuration by clicking on the save button or pressing the F2 shortcut key.
Remember, increasing the left margin will move the alignment towards the right-hand side.

You can change default printer from many places as follows:
Step 1: While you can change printer from Administration then hardware configuration then select printer according.
Step 2: While you want to change printer from designed format you can change it from Administartion then configuration then invoice document printing then advanced then select vch. type according & then go in page setting & then select printer default.
Step 3: While you can change printer from Administration then Configuratin then sale vch. configuration & then select option Print invoice after creation of invoice then select printer in it.

To change the default program for opening PDF files in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1:First, export any voucher or report in PDF format from BUSY.
Step 2:Right-click on the PDF file and open the properties option.
Step 3:Look for the Opens with section, click on the change option to select your preferred PDF viewer.
Step 4:If you want to set it as the default, click on Set as default.
Step 5:Press the apply button and then the OK button.
This will change the default program for opening PDF files in BUSY.

For accurate printing you can check setting of hardware configuration. 
 For Hardware configuration please follow these steps: 
 1. Go in administration 
 2. Then Go in configuration 
 3. Then Go in hardware configuration 
 4. Then select printer driver and mention page length mention zero for default printer setting 
 5. Mention lines per page according to your printer setting and by default it is 60 
 6. Mention shrink between 90 to 100 by default it is 100

To adjust the page layout and fit the document in one page in BUSY you need to follow several steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then select submenu configuration 
Step 2: Then select Hardware configuration and make sure to mention lines per page as 60
Step 3: After that you will see a option of shrink printing to change that from 100 percent to 95 percent and then select save option for saving configuration
Step 4: Then check by printing invoice.

To stop the printout paper size from changing in BUSY from A4 to A5, Kindly follow the step.

If the invoice printout is getting cut off from one side in standard format, then follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration tab
Step 2: Choose Hardware Configuration, then decrease the shrink printing percentage between 90 to 100. Check the print preview after saving the configuration.
