In BUSY, report will take pages as per the data entered and if you enable for multiple option before opening the report then also it will take space and increase the number of pages.
 To reduce the pages of a report, you can check the following aspects:
 1.Disable any additional options that were enabled before opening the report. 
 2.Check by decreasing the shrink percentage in the hardware configuration under the configuration tab from the administration.

Pls Follow the Below Steps :

Step 3: Hardware Configuration - Here we can set it default printer, Lines per page, Printing Style - DOS or Windows, Margin and Shrinkage %
Also can set printer configuration according to Advance Format.

Step 4: Advance
Step 5: Select required invoice format
Step 6: Click on page setting option then enable the set printer configuration option and set it.

If automation error while Click on Hardware Configuration, you need to check below reasons:
1. Update the system in latest version 
2..Check Anti Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti Virsu.
3. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
4. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
5. Set the Never NotiFinancial Year User Control setting from the control panel option.
6. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
7. Re start the system; re start the internet.

If the invoice generated is not clearly visible in printout and some information is cut from right side you can follow given 
 steps:
 Step 1:Go to the Administration menu,
 Step 2:Click Cofiguration,
 Step 3:Click Hardware Configuration,
 Step 4:Here you can check shrinking according to your page size,set as 95 in normal printing and landscape printing,save 
 this configuration.
 Step 5:Then open the voucher again and re print it will be resolve.

If you want to configure multiple printers then please follow the given steps
 Step 1: You can add printer at user level. 
 Step 2: If you want to set at user level then you have to configure hardware configuration
 for each user separately after log in with each user.
 Step 3: For configure hardware configuration you need to go to administration menu 
 then configuration then hardware configuration.

For multiple page printing to fix it: 
 Step 1: Go to Administration. 
 step 2: Click on Configurations. 
 step 3: Select Hardware configuration. 
 Step 4: Line per page for normal take 65 and shrink printing to % should be in between 90and100. 
 Note: check screen resolution of system Go to window screen and right click by mouse select display setting then select 1366*768 Display resolution.

If you are experiencing any difficulties while printing a sale return, please ensure that your printer is properly installed and defined under the hardware configuration with a line per page setting of 60. If you have already done this and are still encountering issues, please provide more information about the specific problem you are facing within the BUSY so that we can provide you with appropriate guidance.

If the outer lines of the invoice are appearing on the next page instead of the current one, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu and click on Configuration.
Step 2: In the Configuration menu, choose Hardware Configuration.
Step 3: Set to 60 Lines per page Normal and Landscape both.
Step 4: Save the configuration by clicking on the save button or pressing the F2 shortcut key.

To ensure that the item is appearing correctly in the print after composition in BUSY,please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then select configuration option
Step 2: And then select hardware configuration and check the Correct printer is selected or not . 
Step 3: Select proper printer in the hardware configuration.
Step 4: Make same printer as default printer in the printers and scanner settings

To Fix the issue of extra Blank page in Invoice 
 Step 1: Goto Administration. 
 step 2: Click on Configurations 
 Step 3: Click on Hardware Configuration. 
 Step 4:Increase Line per page 60 to 65 for Normal and Landscape mode. 
 Step 5:Shrink Printing to % should be in between 90and 100. 
 Note:Some time Printer Driver setting also give error so check printer.
