To change the due bill settings from "Don't Allow" to "Warning Only", go to Administration, Configuration, Warning Alarms option. Then, select the specific situation or criteria and choose the "Warning Only" option from the right-hand side. Save the changes and the due bill settings will be updated to "Warning Only".

To get alert about due days you need to follow some steps and these are :
Step 1: Go to the administration and then click on Coniguration.
Step 2: Now click on Warning Alarms option and then tick on warning only for Due Bills of party while invoicing and save the configuration.

To add the buyer's address to an invoice in BUSY, follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Go to Administration. 
 Step 2: Click on Masters. 
 Step 3: Select Account Master and add or modify the account. 
 Step 4: Now, you can add the address or make changes accordingly.

To access the list of port codes which is mentioned in BUSY database, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on miscellaneous data entry.
Step 2: Click on update port address details and then click on load port codes. After load, you will get all port codes details

Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Configuration.

If you want to update GSTIN number of transporter in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu Then click on miscellaneous data entry option
Step 2: Then click on input transporter GSTIN/ID option
Step 3: Then you can update the transporter gstin from that window and save the changes

If you want to add tax category in item master please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters menu
Step 3: Then click on item
Step 4: Afterwards open the item from modify or list button
Step 5: Then specify the tax category and save the master

If you want to fix purchase price in item master please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on masters submenu
Step 2: Click on item and open the item master from modify or list button
Step 3: Specify the purchase price in item master and save the master

Yes, you can set critical level for item, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then select configuration
Step 2: Choose warning alarms and set critical level for item for minimum level, reorder level and maximum level as dont allow, warning or no action as needed and click on save button.

You can take backup of BUSY company in local drive, external drive or on google drive.
 If you are using BUSY agent then you can define duration of data backup retention but if you are taking backup manually, then it will keep on your system untill you will delete it
