To attach a BUSY data on an dongle , please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Please attach your dongle  to your computer. 
Step 2: Create BUSY shortcut on an dongle  . 
Step 3: And Create  a new folder on an dongle   and stored data files in the same folder . 
Step 4: In the BUSY shortcut set data files path into Set data directory under Company Menu . 
Step 5:  Click on the save button . "

If you want to set the Model and path in BUSY through the Command line argument below are the steps to do it:-
Step1: Go to Desktop then Right click on it.
Step2: Click on the New option then Shortcut option.
Step3: Then Browse BUSY from the Shortcut.
Step4: Then In the Next step give only one space and define ED there then provide one single space then mention path=
Step5: Then define the data path in front of it then click on next then Ok button.

To accessing a BUSY on an external device , please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Please attach your external device to your computer. 
Step 2: Create BUSY shortcut on an external device . 
Step 3: And Create  a new folder on an external device and stored data files in the same folder . 
Step 4: In the BUSY shortcut set data files path into Set data directory under Company Menu . 
Step 5:  Click on the save button . 

To set up software icon for selected company follow below steps:
Step1: firstly create a new folder with the selected company.
Step2: Then right click on the desktop screen and select New option along with shortcut, then select BUSY icon by browsing there.
Step3: After defining the location of the BUSY icon and providing space, type PATH =.Then, paste the path of the selected company and proceed by clicking OK to confirm.
Step4: Then you can open the respective BUSY and view the selected company.

To create Narration use  the shortcut key F3, please follow below steps : 
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu and select any type of voucher type . 
Step 2: Create or modify voucher entry . 
Step 3: select narration field and click on F3 to create narration 
Step 4: Then Add Std. Narration master window will be open. 
Step 5 : Select voucher type and type narration. 
Step 6 : After then click on save button to save the narration.

To create a shortcut for the data in BUSY you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Come to the desktop screen and click right button there.
Step 2: Now click on Shortcut option and then Click on Browser.
Step 3: Now select the location where BUSY has installed and select the BUSY Icon.
Step 4: Now specify the space and path of your data by specify the command PATH=
Step 5: Now click on next option and then enter name of shortcut and finish.

To access a license from another location , please follow below steps: 
For SQL User : 
Step 1: Purchase Static IP from Internet Provider . And do port forwarding process on main license desktop.
Step 2 : InBUSY, go to Company menu. 
Step 3: Select Set Data Directory option.
Step 4: Set Static IP in the path field and with port code . 
Step 5 : Save the configuration . 
Note : Main PC remain open while using at another location. 

To set seperate data path you have to create shortcut and follow these steps:
Step 1: Come to the desktop screen and click right button there.
Step 2: Now click on Shortcut option and then Click on Browser.
Step 3: Now select the location where BUSY has installed and select the BUSY Icon.
Step 4: Now specify the space and path of your data by specify the command PATH=
Step 5: Now click on next option and then enter name of shortcut and finish.

To fix seperate data path in BUSY you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Come to the desktop screen and click right button there
Step 2: Then click on Shortcut option and then Click on Browser
Step 3: After that select the location where BUSY has installed and select the BUSY Icon
Step 4: Now specify the space and path of your data by specify the command PATH=
Step 5: Then click on next option and then enter name of shortcut and finish.

To create new shorcut of BUSY you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Come to the desktop screen and click right button there.
Step 2: Now click on Shortcut option and then Click on Browser.
Step 3: Now select the location where BUSY has installed and select the BUSY file.
Step 4: Now specify the space and enter your Model BS OR SS OR ES or any other.
Step 5: Now click on next option and then enter name of shortcut and finish.
