To the additional data in the another BUSY ,here are some steps to follow:
Step 1: Click your right mouse button on the desktop
Step 2: Choose the New option from the menu
Step 3: Click on Shortcut from the options .
Step 4: Browse BUSY Installation Location.
Step 5 : Choose the BUSY exe icon from the installation location.
Step 6: Complete the shortcut creation process.
Step 7: Right click on the new created shortcut icon .
Step 8: Select Properties option .
Step 9 : click on the exe path and give the space after  exe .
Step 10: Type path=  and specify the data files folder path and save the window . 

Here are the steps   for changing the drive to access the BUSY: 
Step 1 : Go to Control Panel on your desktop.
Step 2: Select Programs option.
Step 3 : Click on BUSY Exe and right click and Install the BUSY . 
Step 4: Copy all the data from the current data directory to a pen drive or external storage device
Step 5: Install the BUSY  on the new drive where you want to move it.
Step 6: During the installation process, choose the new drive as the destination 
Step 7: Complete the installation process
Step 8: Open BUSY and set the data directory from company menu. 

If the Alt+F shortcut key is not working in BUSY, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if the Alt key on your keyboard is functioning properly.
2. Ensure that you are pressing the Alt and F keys simultaneously.
3. Verify if the Alt+F shortcut key is assigned to any other function or feature in BUSY. If it is, you may need to change the shortcut key combination.
4. Restart the BUSY and try using the Alt+F shortcut key again.
5. If the issue persists, you can contact the support team for further assistance in troubleshooting the shortcut key problem.

To create a BUSY shortcut for a specific company, follow these steps:
Step1 Open BUSY and go to the Company Menu.
Step2 Navigate to Set Data Directory and click on Generate Data Path File.
Step3 In the Companies Allowed field, enter the company code (e.g., COMP0001).
Step4 Set the Data Path File.
Step5 If you want to generate a password, click on Password required on Data Path.
Step6 Click on Generate Data Path File and select Yes.
Step7 Now, click on Read Data Directory from Data File.
Step8 Set the Security File Path in the Data Path file name and click on OK.

If the shortcut to open BUSY is missing after formatting the system, you need to install the BUSY again on your system then BUSY shortcut will automatically appear on desktop 
If after installation of BUSY shortcut not show on desktop then follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Right click on Desktop 
Step 2: Click on New then Shortcut
Step 3: Click on Browse and select the BUSY path 
Step 4: It will pick automatically shortcut name as BUSY 
Step 5: Click on finish and on desk to you can see the shortcut of BUSY

If the antivirus blocked the BUSY Software , please follow below steps,
Step 1: Open your antivirus software .
Step 2: Select option like Exceptions or Exclusions
Step 3: Add BUSY  to the exceptions list by specifying its installation folder or executable file.
Step 4: Save your changes and close the antivirus settings.
Step 5: Go to Control panel and select windows firewall settings.
Step 6 : Select  option to allow applications as create a rule .
Step 7 : Create a Inbound Rule ,add BUSY  from the program list 
Step 8 : Save the Changes .

To adjust sale order in sale invoice directly in BUSY by using F11 shortcut key follow below steps:
Step1: Go to Transaction menu and then click on sale invoice option and then ADD button
Step2: Now specify date, sale type and party name and then put cursor on item name and press F11
Step3: After that you will get a list of pending order and then select particular pending order and press Ok
Step4: Then all the details are auto filled in sale invoice and then save the invoice by click on save option

In BUSY, If your F11 key not working then check the below steps.
Step 1: The F11 shortcut key is used to change the financial year. If no financial year exists then F11 key will not work.
Step 2: If you are using the Laptop then might be that key work for different function. Then you need to use the key by selecting with the function key in the BUSY.
Step 3: Also can check with onscreen keyborad in the system if there also not working then check by changing the keyboard.

For separate path for company you can create new shorcut of BUSY and you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Come to the desktop screen and click right button there.
Step 2: Now click on Shortcut option and then Click on Browser.
Step 3: Now select the location where BUSY has installed and select the BUSY Icon.
Step 4: Now specify the space and path of your data by specify the command PATH with equal symbol
Step 5: Now click on next option and then enter name of shortcut and finish.
