You can transfer the data through excel from other software to BUSY software.You have to configured the format in excel as per the BUSY fields. This will be done on chargeable basis from the channel partner.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for Excel Import :
 Step 1: Click on Administration
 Step 2: Then Data Export Import
 Step 3: The Import Vouchers from Excel
 Step 4: Select the Voucher Type whose data want to import
 Step 5: Create Format 
 Step 6: Configure Format of data field as per excel column and save it
 Step 7: Then select the format and tick the required fields
 Step 8: Specify the Excel data sheet & Import it.

To Import data from other software to the BUSY below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: If you have Tally then we have a separate Utility through which you can import data.
Step 2: To Install Tally to BUSY Utility Open the website www.busy.in and download the Utility
from there.
Step 3: Then Install it in the same drive and folder in which BUSY is being Installed. Then export
Masters and Transaction in XML format from tally and import it in the BUSY.
Step 4: But if you are using software other than tally then you have to Export all the data from that
Other software in Excel then from Excel you can import the data in BUSY.

If you want to convert marg data to BUSY, direct, we don't have the utility to convert marg data to BUSY. If you have data exported from marg to excel, then you can import it into BUSY, so to convert data from Excel to BUSY, you need to follow:
Step 1: Click on Administration.
Step 2: Then Data Export and Import
Step 3: Then Import Vouchers from Excel
Step 4: Select the required voucher type.
Step 5: Create Format
Step 6: Configure the format of the data field as per the Excel column.
Step 7: SpeciFinancial Year the Excel data sheet and import it.
Also, you can contact the channel partner, and it will be done on a chargeable basis.

To migrate data from another software to BUSY through Excel or CSV. You have to export the data from other accounting software to excel and then can import in BUSY as per the BUSY format.Excel import process done on chargeable basis

If your inventory is showing incorrect quantity after importing to BUSY, you should check the data migration process to ensure that all the inventory data was accurately transferred. 
 Step 1: You should check the data you are importing has correct information .
 Step 2: Check all configuration is correct when import data through any utility 
 Step 3: If importing from excel check all feild and mentioned column should be correct
 By checking these option you an corrcet the errors for quantity mismatch of inventory after import data
