BUSY allows you to export your data in formats such as Excel and DAT. If you want to import your data into Tally, you should consult your CA and ask if there is an option to do so.

In BUSY, we have import voucher from excel option through which you can import your all payment voucher from excel to BUSY.

For importing data from excel . 
Follow below steps
Step 1:- Go to Administration
Step 2:- Data Export Import
Step 3:- Import Voucher/Master from excel.
Step 4:- We need to configure excel structure in BUSY. By selecting each and every data column.

If the description fields are not showing up in the exported report, it means that the field is not available in that report. You can try adding a custom column to the report to include the description.

Exporting Invoice and Reports, export path was always being set as company data folder. Now from BUSY 21 release 7.0 export data path will be remembered for a user and will be shown by default next time.

If you are getting error related to excel at exporting report in BUSY, check the possible reason:
1.Ensure tha latest MS office is installed in the system.
2.Both the BUSY and MS excel should be installed in same drive.

If you import item master from excel and the HSN code is missing, you need to make sure that you have selected the correct field for the HSN code and matched it with the correct excel column.
