The voucher import may be creating extra blank rows due to incorrect formatting in the Excel sheet. To prevent this, ensure that the Excel sheet is formatted correctly and there are no extra blank rows.

There are many ways to export data from BUSY. You can choose the format that suits your needs best. Some of the available formats are: 1. Excel, 2.CSV, 3.Google Sheet, 4.PDF, 5.HTML, 6.DAT File, 7.Text.

BUSY has two backup option one is mannual backup and second is automatic backup through BUSY agent.

To import excel data in BUSY:
Step 1: CLick on administration
Step 2 : Data export import
Step 3 : Import data from excel
Step 4 : Configure format as per excel
Step 5 : Choose excel file and import

To fix the issue while import:
 Step 1 : Check excel data
 Step 2 : Data formatting
 Step 3 : Data mapping
 Step 4 : Use import data template
 Step 5 : Error message

When you import vouchers from excel and tick on Modify Existing Vouchers option then you need to select the Voucher Identification Key fields. So you can select Vch. No. + Series + Date option.

To ensure that all account masters are imported correctly in BUSY, you can check the list of account masters. If any master is not imported via Excel, BUSY generates an error report as well.

No, BUSY does not feed automatic bank entries you need to import entries though excel or use the ICICI plugin which can directly feed you bank entries in BUSY.
Note: ICICI plugin is chargeable service.
