For transferring data to BUSY their are 2 options
1. Transfer from other accounting softwares i.e Tally to BUSY through tally2BUSY utility.
2. Importing data from excel.
Note: Both are chargeable services.

You can import your data into BUSY Through XML Process if data belongs to BUSY data if it is other than BUSY then you can Import through Excel process.

Till now you can upload Excel/CSV files even if your license expires in BUSY but in our upcoming release(s) user will not be able to export Returns in Excel/CSV

BUSY allows you to export your data in formats such as Excel and DAT. So you can open that reports which you want to export and can do it.

We can export data through various Options from BUSY :
 Option 1: Excel
 Option 2: XML
 Option 3: PDF
 Option 4: Google Sheet
 Option 5: HTML
 Option 6: CSV

Yes, You can export data from BUSY to Excel easily. However, if you have a customized report, the export process may vary depending on the complexity of the customization.

To export data :
 Step 1 : CLick on administration
 Step 2 : Data export import
 Step 3 : Data export import XML
 Step 4 : Export data

If you are getting error of Blank item entries, then check that the item masters specified in excel sheet must be created with exact name in BUSY data.
