 the given step
 Step 1: Open the sale invoice
 Step 2: Then press Print button
 Step 3: Then select sales invoice
 Step 4: Then select to export option then your invoice will be exported in the PDF format.

To troubleshoot your PDF invoice issue,BUSY support team would need the following information:
Step 1. Details about the specific problem you are facing with generating or printing the PDF invoice.
Step 2. The version of BUSY you are using.
Step 3. Any error messages or error codes that you are encountering.
Step 4. Information about your system configuration, such as the operating system and hardware specifications.
Step 5. Steps you have already taken to try and resolve the issue.
Step 6. Any relevant screenshots or files related to the problem.

To migrate or copy data from one BUSY to another, you can follow the below methods:
Backup, then restore
Step 1: Company
Step 2: Backup or restore data
Step 3: Select a Company
Step 4: Specify the path, then back up the data. Step 5: Then restore the backup to another BUSY.
XML Import
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Data Export/Import (XML)
Step 3: Export data
Step 4: Export the master and required transaction XML files from the source company.
Step 5: Follow the same process to Import XML files into the destination company.

For password protect file before send in mail , you can follow the below steps:
 Step 1: After open then bill or report you want to share with password protect click on print option provided above
 Step 2: Select format and click on export option given below
 Step 3: Then select path for export and mwntion a password in option passowrd for open then click on ok
 Step 4: Attach that file in mail for sending password will reqiure when open file.

You can export a voucher invoice from BUSY by following these steps
Step 1 Open the voucher you want to export from transactions
Step 2 You can select option on the top right of voucher print or use CTRL+P and select sales invoice
Step 3 Select format for printing then click on export and select format as pdf
Step 4 Select file path and click ok
Step 5 Now you can open pdf file
Note:Invoice can be exported from BUSY in html and xml also by following same steps

Generate and save GSTR eReturns from BUSY. To do this you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Display menu and select GST Reports.
Step 2: Choose GST Return and then the return type you want to generate, such as GSTR-1 eReturn, GSTR-3B eReturn, etc.
Step 3: Choose the report format you want to generate, such as JSON, CSV File, As per Govt. Template, or Plain Excel.
Step 4: Now enter the period and can generate the selected return as per the selected format.

If you're unable to find the print option for PDF files in BUSY, there could be a few potential reasons for this issue:
1. Ensure that Adobe Reader is installed in the system.
2. It is recommended to check your printer settings, ensure that the PDF file is not corrupted, and make sure that you have the latest version of BUSY installed. 
3. Ensure that in the system Do PDF is added in the default registry and shows in BUSY Printers in the dropdown.

Generate and save GSTR eReturns from BUSY. To do this you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Display menu and select GST Reports.
Step 2: Choose GST Return and then the return type you want to generate, such as GSTR-1 eReturn, GSTR-3B eReturn, etc.

To change the default save location of exported reports in BUSY, you can specify a custom folder where you want the reports to be saved. This can be done by going to the BUSYwin exe. properties section of the software and looking for the option to change the save location. Once you find the option, you can select a specific folder on your computer or network where you want the exported reports to be saved.specified the folder location in exe path.

If you are unable to see the export to PDF option in BUSY then please
 follow the given step
 Step 1: Please click the button of export after opening report or voucher which you want to 
 export
 Step 2: Then in the drop down list you can select the Pdf option.
