 Step 1: Open the voucher 
 Step 2: Then click on print option
 Step 3: Then select sale invoice or which you want 
 Step 4: Here you can see the export option.

To select and save a PDF invoice exported from BUSY to a specific folder we require to create a new shortcut of BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Right Click on desktop, select New and click on Shortcut option
Step 2: Browse the location where BUSY has been installed and select BUSY exe icon
Step 3: After a space write EFP="Folder path", where you want to eport PDF files from BUSY
Step 4: Finish the shortcut process
Step 5: Use newly created shortcut.

To export reports from BUSY to Excel or PDF, you can follow these steps: 
1. Open the desired report in BUSY. 
2. Look for the export option at the top or press CTRL + E
 3. Click on the export option and choose either Excel or PDF as the export format. 
4. Select the destination folder where you want to save the exported file. 5. Click on the export button to generate and save the report in the chosen format.

If your want to view the custom reports in PDF format then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Open the report you want to see in PDF format. 
 Step 2. After opening the report, click the Export button at the top of the report, or press 
 ALT+E to export it. 
 Step 3. Choose the PDF format and specify where the file should be saved. 
 Step 4. Click OK, and the report will open in PDF format.

For PDF is not coming proper from BUSY. Pls Follow Below Steps:
Step 1: Is PDF issue is coming in one company or in All companies.
Step 2: If PDF is coming only in BUSY but through Other Application working properly, Then After Data Backup remove & reinstall it BUSY.
Step 3: If PDF issue is coming from Other Application also then remove and reinstall Adobe.
Note : - If after above steps still issue presist then have to contact to Hardware Person.

Best way to store or save exported PDF from BUSY is to create a BUSY shortcut with fixed folder path for export,you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Right Click on desktop, select New and click on Shortcut option
Step 2: Browse the location where BUSY has been installed and select BUSY exe icon
Step 3: After a space write EFP="Folder path", where you want to eport PDF files from BUSY
Step 4: Finish the shortcut process
Step 5: Use newly created shortcut.

If You are not able to download the pdf file for the GST return from BUSY you can 
follow the steps 
1 Go to display menu and click on GST reports 
2 then click on GST return and select the return file you want 
3 specify date range and open it 
4 Click on export and select PDF then set the path of export and ok 
but need to ensure that PDF viewer installed in your system

If you are unable to find PDF files from BUSY, You can follow these steps : 
1. Ensure that Adobe Reader is installed in the system. 
2. It is recommended to check your printer settings, ensure that the PDF file is not corrupted, and make sure that you have the latest version of BUSY installed. 
3. Ensure that in the system Do PDF is added in the default registry and shows in BUSY Printers in the dropdown

To export customer data from BUSY, you can locate and use the export options by following these steps: However, if you still want to export them, you can use the XML Data Export / Import feature under the Data Export / Import option in the Administration menu. This feature allows you to export the entire data of one company and import it into another company. We strongly advise you to take a backup before making any changes.

If you are unable to open PDF file or export PDF through BUSY then please check below points 
1. Restart system & then install Adobe reader 
2. Or Try it with another PDF software.
3. Set UAC user account control settings to Never Notify 
4. Set Compatibility of BUSY by following the steps below:
Step 1: Right click on BUSY icon and go to properties 
Step 2: Click on compatbility and enable run this programme in copatibility mode.
