Overwrite option will only show if we have data in BUSY with the same company. After overwrite new company will get create instead of overwriting the existing company. Step 3: Select Voucher Numbering reports; the following reports will be displayed: 1: Blank Voucher Numbers. 2: Duplicate Voucher Numbers. 3: Missing Voucher Numbers. 4: Unsequenced Voucher Numbers. 5: Cancelled Voucher Numbers. Step 4: Choose Above the appropriate report. Important Note: In BUSY periods, there is no report for deleted voucher lists. However, if you are using the Audit Trail feature, check the Audit Trail Report in case any user deleted the voucher.

Q: How can I restore backup data in BUSY? I accidentally deleted some important records.

We always prioritize data backup and have implemented a multi-layer backup system, including manual backup, automatic backup with Google Drive, and backup on close, among others.
