To restore your data in BUSY if you accidentally lose it, you can use the backup files that you have previously created. Simply go to the Company menu option in the software and select the restore backup option then give the folder path of the backup files that you want to restore . Follow the prompts to complete the restoration process and make sure that if it ask to overwrite you have to mention no in it. 
 Note that it is important to regularly backup your data to ensure you have a recent copy in case of any data loss.

To restore your data in BUSY which was taken on the Google Drive, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open the google drive and find the backup files such as DATA and DISK1.
 Step 2: Download both files in a folder.
 Step 3: Next, open BUSY on new system and select Restore Data option under the Company menu.
 Step 2: Choose the folder that contains backup files and click on OK button to start the restoring process.
 Step 3: If same data already exist in then BUSY will provide you an option to override it. You can chosse Yes/No as required.

If the current data is not working and showing error while reindexing the might be corruption in your database. In that case if you have any latest backup which you can restore it into BUSY.
To know how to restore it, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on Restore Data tab under the Company menu.
Step 2: Choose that folder path in which the backup files are kept then press Ok to proceed.
Step 3: If the same company is already exist the it will ask whether you want to overwrite it or not, so you can select as per the requirements.
