To take backup and run regenerate dual vouchers process in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then select backup data option under the company menu.
Step 2: Select your company then enter the username and password (If required).
Step 3: Specify the backup path where you want to take backup and select either all financial year of single financial year then press ok to proceed.
Step 4: After that open the company then go to housekeeping menu and select regenerate dual vouchers option.
Step 5: Here, can select the appropriate option for regenerating then enter the date range then proceed.

To take backup of your data from BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Backup Data" option from Company tab.
Step 2: Choose the company that you want to backup.
Step 3: Enter your username and password if required and select the location where you want to save your backup file.
Step 4: Select the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y. and click on the OK button to start the backup process.
Step 5: You can also use BUSY Agent application which allow to store your backup on Local Drive and Google Drive.

To take backup of your data from BUSY follow these steps:

Step 4: Select the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y. and click on the OK button to start the backup process.
Step 5: You can also use BUSY Agent application which allow to store your backup on Local Drive and Google Drive.

In BUSY, we have option of backup configuration which takes backup on daily basis after closing the company.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps for backup configuration in BUSY :
 Step 1: Click on Administration
 Step 2: Then Configuration
 Step 3: Then Backup Confuguration
 Step 4: Specify the folder path from Monday to Sunday for backup 
 Step 5: Enable the Prompt for backup & Enforce. In Case of Prompt ,the window will popup and ask for backup while closing the company but In case of Enforce, the Company will not get close without taking the backup.

It is recommended to take backup before any update or process in BUSY and then update BUSY release versions,as data upgrades to higher version.Further,any update in BUSY does not affect or lead to any data loss.But still if you have taken any latest backup before changes,you can restore that by not overwriting the existing data,so that you can chek your report formats side by side and can recover from backed up data or if any other data if required and same if you can restore report format like printing format,cutom formats if it has been backed up.

In the latest release of BUSY, the Proceed with Backup or Without Backup options are displayed when opening a company to ensure the safety of your data.
To take a backup of your data in BUSY, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Open BUSY then click on Backup Data under the Company menu.
Step 2: Select the company of which you want to take backup and enter the login credentials.
Step 3: Select the backup path and you can select All financial year then click on Ok.

If you want to configure backup setting in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company in BUSY
Step 2: Then click on administration menu
Step 3: Then click on configuration 
Step 4: Then click on backup configuration button
Step 5: Specify the daywise path for a backup such as monday,tuesday etc
Step 6: Then select prompt for backup at the time of closing company option as y to enable it
Step 7: To enforce backup select enforce backup at the time of closing company option as y to enable it
Step 8: Now your backup configuration is successfully completed in BUSY

Yes, there is a feature to backup data before making changes to the company file in BUSY. It is always recommended to backup your data before making any changes to ensure its safety. To take backup follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY go to company menu
Step 2: Now backup data select the company for which you want to take backup
Step 3: Now define user name and password who has rights to take backup and define the folder name to take backup and select all financial year or single financial year as required, click on ok button.

We can take backup and restore the same from company menu.
For Backup follow the below step
Step 1:- Go to Company menu
Step 2:- Backup data
Step 3:- Select company
Step 4:- Mention user name and password of company
Step 5:- Sepecify path for backup
Step 6:- Select financial year for backup(Single or All).
For restoring backup follow the below steps
Step 1:- Go to company menu
Step 2:- Restore data
Step 3:- Mention path for restoration
Step 4:- Click ok
If same company already exits in list of company then it will ask for rewrite backup data on existing data. Select as per need (Yes or No)

To take a backup of your company data in BUSY, Please Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Go to the Company Menu then click on backup data option.
Step 2: then selec the company from list of company to take the backup.
Step 3: After selecting the company enter the super login credentials.
Step 4: then specify the backup folder path in the given space.
Step 5: After selecting backup location, now you can select financial year according to your requirement. Either all year or a single year.
Step 6: And then click on the Ok button to proceed the process.
