To take backup of your BUSY data before uninstallation, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Backup Data" option under the Company menu.
 Step 2: Choose the company that you want to backup.
 Step 3: Enter your username and password if required and select the location where you want to save your backup file.
 Step 4: Select the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y. and click on the OK button to start the backup process.
 You can also copy whole data folder.

You can keep backup of your data in which it auto save your bill and customization also. To take backup of your data from BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select "Backup Data" option from Company tab.
Step 2: choose the company that you want to backup.
Step 3: Enter your username and password if required and select the location where you want to save your backup file.
Step 4: Select the financial year that you want to backup, either All F.Y. or Selected F.Y. and click on the OK button to start the backup process.

BUSY offers three backup options to protect your data from potential loss. They are:
Backup Data: This is a manual backup option under the Company tab that allows you to backup your company data whenever you need.
BUSY Agent: This is an application provided by BUSY that enables you to backup your entire data automatically at your scheduled time. It saves your backup on Local Drive and Google Drive
Copy Data Folder: You can copy your data folder from where your data is stored and keep it on your preferred location, such as a Pendrive, External Hardisk, etc.

To backup your BUSY data, you can follow these steps: 1. Open BUSY. 2. Go to the Company menu. 3. Select Backup data from the options. 4. Choose the location where you want to save the backup file. 5. Click on Start Backup to initiate the backup process. 6. Wait for the backup to complete. 7. Once the backup is finished, you will have a copy of your BUSY data saved in the specified location. It is recommended to regularly backup your BUSY data to ensure its safety and prevent any potential data loss.

If you have received data via WhatsApp in BUSY, it is possible to open it. You just need to download the data and save it in a folder. From there, you can restore it from Restore data option If it is in data. bkp and disk1 form. If it's a db.bds file, then you need to download these files and keep them in folder with the name of COMP, followed by 4 numerics. Copy and paste the same file where data is being kept, and it will start to show in the company list.

To search the data in PC you can search your backup files or company files in your PC, Name of the backup files are data.bkp and disk 1 whereas data files are avaialble with the name of comp0001 or comp0002.
To restore backup files follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Company Menu
Step 2: Select Restore data and select backup files and restore data
To set data files path follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Company menu
Step 2: Select set data directory and browse the folder of data to see the company in list.

To take a backup before updating to a new version in BUSY, Please follow below steps :

In BUSY have two backup option Manual and Auto by BUSY Agent tool.
 Step 1: BUSY Manual Backup we can set for 7days daily backup that will ask you every time when you close company. that backup can set in local drive.
 Step 2: If you want to set auto backup need to install BUSY Agent Tool. in this BUSY Agent Tool, we can set auto backup for every day and no. of backup in a day 3-time Max.
 Step 3: In BUSY Agent backup data can be stored in Local drive, google drive.
