Find Solutions to Common Issues Related to data-specific - data conversion

For Data converting from Access to SQL database then there should be Sql installed in that system and the company should be open during conversion process.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Create the SQL shortcut icon of BUSY with the name of SC or EC as per your license.
Step 2: Open the SQL shortcut icon of BUSY, then create the company from the financial year from which want to import access data.
Step 3: Open the Company and Click on Administration
Step 4: Then Data Export Import
Step 5: Import data from Access
Step 6: Specify the BUSY data path then click on arrow and select the company for which data want to import with his username and password.

To convert data from old file structure to new structure, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Company tab.
Step 2: Click on open company and then one window will appear for data conversion from old file structure to new file structure .
Step 3: Click on the convert tab.
Note:
1. This process is applicable if the data belongs to older versions, such as BUSY 3.0, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.9, 12, 14, and 16 (up to Rel-5.10).
2. Ensure to take the latest backup of the data before initiating any process.
That's correct. If you are using the trial version of BUSY and maintaining data on it, and then you purchase the paid version, you can use that same data in the paid version as well. This is because the data files created in the trial version are compatible with the paid version, and you can simply import them into the new version.
doing last year's data migration. When does the software ask for username and password during this process because while you migrate data you need to get access that data so that's why software ask for username and password during this process.
BUSY on SQL database needed if the BUSY company data size exceed more than 2GB it is remomended to convet the data & BUSY licence on SQL mode for better performance
If Data belongs to Old Version of BUSY, Then Firstly run on BUSY Old Version then upgrade it to a latest Version.
Note : Do this process after Data Backup.
No, it will cause any corruption or errors if data is running properly. You should take backup before merging the data from two systems
for migrating historical data into BUSY you need the correct user id password of main super user to allow the data migration.
If data size is more than 1 GB and BUSY running slow as well so you can convert it in SQL mode
