You will get this message when you update the BUSY release from old to new. Then you have to click yes and proceed with taking the data backup if you have not taken earlier.If you already have backup then click on proceed without backup option.
After updating BUSY, I receive an error stating that my existing data is a higher version than the software. What should I do?
If error msg showing existing data is a higher version you need to follow the following steps.
Step 1: Take latest Backup.
Step 2: Go to https://busy.in/download/ and download BUSY 21 Full Setup of latest Release and Install.

It is not possible to merge data from two different versions of BUSY. You will need to choose one version and transfer the data from the other version manually.
Is there a way to downgrade or degrade my version of BUSY from to ?
No,there is no option to Degrade your version as it can cause functional problems and data corruption. It is better to use the same version for consistency.
Can different versions of BUSY Accounting Software cause issues with transferring data between them?
