With BUSY, you can easily reset the sub-user password using Super User credentials. If the Super User forgets their password, you can contact the BUSY helpdesk at number 8282828282 or send an email to support@busy.in.
Please note that password resets may be subject to charges based on the company's rules and regulations.

 Step 1: Share the Company data with us in winrar form through support email id support@busy.in
 Step 2: Attach the letter head
 Step 3: After the company password reset,you will receive the link from our side on your email.

To reset your password in BUSY, follow these steps:

Step 2: Access the password change feature to update all passwords as needed.

If you have forgotten the username of your company, kindly proceed to submit a request mail for username reset on support@busy.in with your registered mail id along with all your details such as your serial number, company name, contact number and latest backup of your company.

When the BUSY password validation says your password is incorrect, you should double-check the password you entered and make sure it is correct. If you are still having trouble, you can try resetting your password for that you need to contact customer support

To reset admin user id and password of your company, you need to send data to support@busy.in with your license details and company letterhead then our support team will revert you on the same email after reset your company username and password.
