If you are not able to login as a super user to change voucher numbering in BUSY, you can reset the super user password by emailing your data to support@busy.in along with the company's letterhead and BUSY Serial Number.
It appears that if you forget your login ID or password in BUSY, the system does not automatically lock. Instead, to retrieve a forgotten superuser password, you would need to send the company data to support@busy.in for assistance.
TO unlock or reset the password of your BUSY data you need to conact to our support helpline no i.e. 8282828282 or 40964096 or also can email us at support@busy.in or can contact to authorized channel partner.
If you forget your company login password, kindly share your data with us via email at support@busy.in. We will proceed to reset your password and send the details back to the same email.
