If menus or features are missing or not working in BUSY,there are several steps you can take to address the issue:
 Step 1: Ensure that you are using the latest version of BUSY.
 Step 2: Check the user permissions.
 Step 3: Check BUSY Software Model Step 4: If the problem is a result of recent changes or errors, you can restore your data from a backup

To troubleshoot and resolve the crashing issue you can follow the steps. 
 1. Restart BUSY 
 2. Ensure that the BUSY release updated. 
 3. Also restart system 
 4. Also check display settings 
 5. Make sure that you have enough space in drive where BUSY installed 
 6. If the issue continues then after taking backup uninstall and reinstall the BUSY app.

If the BUSY software is not opening then you need to follow these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Run BUSY as an administrator mode by right click on BUSY icon.
Step 2: Try to open BUSY from the BUSYwin folder in the drive where its installed.
Step 3: If same issue persists then you need to check after reinstall the BUSY.
Note: Take backup of your data before uninstalling it.

If while opening BUSY MSI file clashed with other app then follow the steps 
1 Open SQL Server configure manager
2 Click on SQL Network configuration and check if their are any other sql installed 
or not 
3 If showing other SQL than MSSQLSERVER then open TCP setting of it and change 
the TCP port it should not be same as other SQL TCP Port

The "data belongs to higher version" error means that the data was created in a higher version of the software and cannot be opened in the current version. To fix it, either upgrade the software to the higher version or open the data in the higher version and save it in a compatible format. It is recommended to avoid degrading the data repeatedly.

To rectify the "File Not Found" error message when trying to open BUSY,please follow below steps:
Step 1: on your computer, go to control panel and then uninstall programmes.
Step 2: Fine BUSY exe and uninstall BUSY older version. After this visit BUSY website and download new full setup
Step 3: After downloading completed, install BUSY with run as administrator option and try to open it

If the software has crashed, and now some features are not working properly, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Try restarting your software.
Step 2: Restart your device.
Step 3: Try reinstalling BUSY in a new fresh folder.
Step 4: Run BUSY in administrator mode. Set compatibility, down UAC, and give everyone rights to BUSY.
Step 4: If the issue persists, contact customer support for further assistance.

To resolve the RTE 380 while creating company follow below steps:
Step 1: Check you have the available storage at the data directory mentioned.
Step 2: If still same problem then check by disabling the antivirus or excluding BUSY from antivirus properties.
Step 3: If still faces the same problem then make sure you have the full access rights on the given data directory.
