Pls Follow Below Steps for Bank Reconciliation :
Click On
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features & Options
Step 4: Accounts
Step 5: Enable the Bank Reconciliation Option
Step 6: Pass the Voucher entry with Bank Account Name
Step 7: Display
Step 8: Bank Reconciliation
Step 9: Show Uncleared Entries
Step 10: Press F4 for clear the entry 
Step 11: Reconciliation Statement

We can configure Party and User Dashboard in BUSY as per our requirement.
Pls Follow the Below Steps:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Account
Step 5: Enable Party dashboard Option and configure it if required otherwise will show data as per default Configuration.
Step 6: During Voucher Entry ,Party dashboard window will get open.
Step 7: For User Dashboard , Under Administration can do Configuration and view report in Display Menu.

If you want to get a report showing the opening balance, items purchased/used, and closing balance for each cost center you may check report by following ways:
Step: 1 Go to the display.
Step: 2 Then open cost center report - cost center trail.
Step: 3 Open cost center trail report details and enable split dr or cr as openning or closing balances.
Step: 4 And open the report with specify required date range.

To adjust commission and brokerage in each voucher and post it in accounts in BUSY , follow the steps below :
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then click on Configuration option
Step 2: Now select Feature/options and click on Accounts tab
Step 3: Go to configure of salesman/commission wise reporting 
Step 4: Now tick seperate commission / brokerage in each voucher 
Step 5: Now in salesman master mention account to post 

To properly record depreciation for fixed assets in BUSY, you need to set up the assets in the master ledger with their respective opening balances. Then, you can use the depreciation chart feature to generate depreciation entries automatically based on the specified depreciation method and rate. The software will calculate and post the depreciation entries for you. Make sure to review and reconcile the depreciation schedule regularly to ensure accuracy.

To enable Bill by bill feature in BUSY then follow the given steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu 
Step 2: Click on Configuration option
Step 3: Then click on Feature and option
Step 4: Then click on accounts option
Step 5: Enable Bill by Bill Details then click on configure box and tick on the Auto create party reference in sale/purchase voucher
Step 6: Then click on Ok button and save the configuration

To correct an opening balance that was entered manually, you can follow these steps:
Step 1. Identify the account for which the opening balance needs to be corrected.
Step 2. Determine the correct opening balance amount.
Step 3. Locate the option or feature that allows you to edit or modify the opening balance.
Step 4. Enter the correct opening balance amount in the designated field.
Step 5. Save the changes to update the opening balance.

In BUSY, We have Budget feature which we can maintain for Expense and Fixed Asset. 
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Features and Options
Step 4: Account
Step 5: Enable the Budget Option
Step 6: Masters
Step 7: Modify 
Step 8: Enable the Budget Option and specify for each Month.
Step 9: Can Set warning from warning Alarm Option
Step 10: For Reports, Can Check in MIS Report Under Display Menu.

To leave or disable the option of Credit limit You can follow some steps: 
 Step 1: Click on Administration and then click on Configuration. 
 Step 2: Now click on Feature and Options and then click Accounts Option. 
 Step 3: Now untick the Option of Credit Limit and search from F3 and Now click on Save option and from this you Could not able to use the feature.
